My mouse pointer since i updated windows is now bigger than usual and its not pointing where it should and thus i cannot access options or even start a game.

Thank you for reaching out to report this. Is the cursor size enlarged across all programs on your computer or only in Heroes of the Storm?
In Windows 10, you can adjust the cursor size manually by navigating to Mouse Settings (can be found via Windows search) and then clicking on Adjust mouse & cursor size in the top-right of that window.
If the cursor issue is isolated to Heroes of the Storm, let’s reset your in-game options to resolve potential problems related to your specific Heroes of the Storm settings.
