Hello, my game crash during 3 qualifying games, I have lost about 1800 points in three games because of this fault, when I go back to work it does not let me join the game again leaving me as a deserter.

It looks like the Nvidia driver is out of date so I would suggest a clean driver reinstall.
First, remove any old driver files by using the third party driver remover DDU. You can find a guide on using this program here. After this, pick up the latest driver from here.
hello zenlaka, I don’t think it’s the nvidia because in a quick game everything is going well for me, the 4 games I have to do to leave the deserter I can play them quietly
