And yet the OP got MVP and carried the game according to these “metrics”.

So Blizzard’s judgment via “metrics” is clearly completely worthless, if they even exist in the first place, because it has zero relationship with getting MVP and winning.

Blizzard is absolutely crossing the line here.

It is utterly unacceptable to ban people for using alternative strategies. It’s a false ban, period, and it needs to be revoked.

The OP wasn’t banned after just one game, that will NEVER happen.

What happened was they happened to push the weekly ban at that time. They were banned for REPEATED behavior.

What actually happens is a significant amount of intelligent players get banned for playing smart. They know their team is unwisely fighting 3v5, 4 levels down or many other similar situations. They push a lane, they don’t yell at their team and they still get banned in the end, due to the prevalence of atrocious players. It’s important to not be an NPC fanboy and objectively look at patterns. Many are waking up to the Bzzzzd reality. I expect you to report me for stating the obvious truth, tbh.

It’s very simple, during obj, everyone should help unless one of the team is already dead at start of obj. You can solo lane when obj is not up. Just always solo lane the entire game is being afk and you deserve your ban.

reports are left up to the community as to why they’re being reported. problematic no doubt, but I feel like if you’re communicating your intentions and the outcome lines up, you’re less likely to get reported.

You get banned for abusive chat, because since you talked, regardless of the context you can be reported and have it stick.

not so sure i agree with that. Correct me if i’m wrong, but if you’re only communicating your intentions and being polite, if you get reported you can challenge it? if blizz sees you’re not being toxic the mute/ban won’t stand yeah?

Uh, what kind of dirty liberal far leftist democrat is this? You ruin the games for the lower ranked players completely, by doing stomps and throwing to stay low ranked. No wonder this game is dead. New players having a terrible experience.
