Getting "Reconnecting" every 2 minutes

I have diagnosed my network in all ways I know how, including pinging the HoTS service, with no packet loss. The game runs smoothly and lagless for around two minutes, then I get a freeze and a “Reconnecting…” popup that lasts around 5-10 seconds. This continues to happen multiple times across every game.

Hi Bartuc,

Are you still having the reconnecting issue? If so, could you post a WinMTR so we can see if it catches where the issue might be occurring?

Hey! Yes, indeed still having the issue. I am modifying the hostname on the txt since it won’t let me post “links”

Hello Bartuc,

You are showing some minor packet loss and latency. Are you connected wired or wirelessly?

Here are some steps you can try to help improve your latency issues.

Connection Troubleshooting: Blizzard Support - Connection Troubleshooting

Please try the steps mentioned, including the advanced and see if there’s any improvement. If not, please post an updated WinMTR.

I have tried all the advice in the link you provided before posting. I agree that the packet loss looks very minor. I am playing wired and have not experienced any such errors on other games, Blizzard or otherwise.
