Getting error 5:193 immediately and game won’t launch

Hello, I recently installed Heroes of the Storm and Battle.net. When I try to launch the game, I get an error with code 5:193. I searched online for a solution but couldn’t find one. I uninstalled and reinstalled OneDrive, but it didn’t help. I don’t have Razer Synapse installed, only HyperX software.

I also recently downloaded Overwatch 2, but it won’t launch either—it gives a DLL error and says it can’t run on Windows.

How can we fix this issue? I’m using Windows 11, and my drivers are up to date.

I was able to solve the issue for myself. I did a few things so I’m not sure what specifically fixed it but in summary:

  1. my computer was dual boot it had 2 versions of windows on 2 different drives. I unplugged one of drives so it was just single boot.
  2. I reinstalled both Bnet and heroes on a blank drive.
