My game keeps crashing without any error log.
I’ve tried some of the steps mentioned at the “Heroes of the Storm Lockups and Crash Errors”.

Update your drivers and operating system to resolve any compatibility issues.
Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.
Note: This includes any Overlay programs you may be running.
Run the repair tool to repair any damaged game files.

I also made sure to disable OneDrive just in case.
I’m currently using this PC configuration:
Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i9-13900H (2.60 GHz)
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)
Graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU (8 GB)
Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics (128 MB)
Storage 786 GB of 954 GB used
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
The crashes seem to be random. Sometimes they happen at the start menu, sometimes at the middle of a match.
I want to find at least a hint of what could be causing the problem or to find it.
