I went straight to DELL support site (who made my desk top) , went to drivers and down loads,clicked on detect drivers, and manually down loaded what was needed from there.

I recommend posting your full DXDiag listing. The Inspiron 3668 has many different possible configurations.
I thought that I did post the entire thing not sure what you are referring to.
Only the first portion of the DxDiag was posted. There should be a lot more than the System Information. Let’s create a DxDiag file, then post it here between two ~~~~, it will look like so:

There’s a few steps that can help resolve the “Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware” error.
Hopefully, this will help, but we’ll want the full DxDiag to provide specific steps to troubleshooting the error.
I fixed the issue.
I went to the manufacturer of my desk top and did a scan there for updated drivers.
