After the patch today, my game is freezing every couple of seconds for like a half second, but only when watching a frantic combat, not all the time. Has anyone else encountered this?
unfortunately that still could be network related since network activity goes up with more things happening or it could be your computer specs not being able to handle the load.
the first thing to do is post your DXDiag information so that ppl can see your system hardware information. make sure when you post the information to highlight all the text and press the </> button.

then after you post that run WinMTR while playing the game. this will check for packet loss and high ping. when you open this go into the options and uncheck ‘resolve names’. this will help prevent you from having problems posting it due to link filtering.
