My game crashed, then I relaunched and rejoined. It gave me that the game has ended and a Victory sign - but it was staying like this forever … so I stopped the game, relaunched after 1 hour, but I still get the “Game in Progress - Rejoin Game” sign and cannot play for more than one hour …
Try closing Heroes of the Strom while on the “rejoin” screen just after logging in, possibly using end process tree from Task Manager to create an unexpected shutdown. After doing that, Heroes of the Storm used to give up and send you to the normal menu after starting it again. I am unsure if this still works as I last had to use it many years ago.
