An update to the game was recently announced, which made me want to play again.
I’ve been playing the game for a long time and I’ve never had any problems, but when installing the game yesterday, I ran into a small problem.
When you click play and wait for a match, everything works great.
When the match is found and the game starts to load, this is where the problem occurs.
The normal loading screen appears, but during progress, the game simply crashes.
I tried other game modes, including custom games, where only I was present and the error continued to occur.
It’s worth pointing out that the same problem is happening to one of my friends who was also excited to play after the announcement of a small update.
His error is exactly the same and occurs at exactly the same time.
Here are some things I tried to do to solve it and nothing worked.
-Update video card drivers
-Update windows (mine is 10pro)
-Update the BattleNet launcher.
-Check game files
-Change the HD on which the game was installed
-Replace the HD on which BattleNet is installed
-Reinstall the game
-Reinstall BattleNet.
-Clear cache (battlenet and blizzard)
-Restart the PC
