Game crashes everytime i try to get into the loot tab and permanently disconnect when trying to play games

For months now I haven’t been able to play the game OR open the loot tab. When trying to get into the loot tab the screen just blacks out for a second and then crashes. This is the error code I get:
5C03EDE2-37B7-4D9D-9415-65466DDEEF05

Also when i try to enter a game, I have major lag and then am permanently on the disconnected screen trying to “reconnect”

Both of these started happening in the Alliance vs Horde & Alterac pass event.

Can I get y’all to post your DxDiag reports in this thread here? Going to be collecting reports and troubleshooting in that thread. And so just for consolidating the reports, going to lock this thread.
