I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times. I’ve ran as administrator, but to no avail. I get an error code and that’s about it. I don’t know what to do.

Reviewing the crash logs, it looks like your Documents\Heroes of the Storm is in your OneDrive directory. OneDrive (built into Windows) can cause this error due to syncing the Documents folder which contains the game settings file (Variables.txt). Try “unsyncing” your Documents folder from OneDrive using the instructions listed on Microsoft’s page.

im having he same issue on my MacBook Pro, how would I go about fixing it
I had this issue and the folder couldn’t be unlinked, so i had to make a new account and then link that one and then unlink the folder. I mean One Drive is garbage unless you give them loads of money anyway, But if you get a new pc, Don’t use your old account for the new pc. Make a new account and this won’t happen.
It had something to do with my OneDrive and it not syncing my data properly. >_>
