I’m randomly getting disconnected during a match, it says “Reconnecting” but it never reconnects. I have to manually quit HotS, relaunch it, and then I can finally reconnect (which takes 1-2 minutes). My internet and ping are both normally very stable and fast so I don’t know what’s causing this.

Since this is randomly happening, try running WinMTR and post the results of when you have the disconnecting issue here to be looked at.
