I have been playing this game on this device for two years with no problems until an update a few months ago. I believe I am having some sort of graphic effects error. The game crashes when I press the Loot or Brawl buttons. I can start a quick match, but It will crash frequently, especially during team fights or when there are a lot of steam vents around. My drivers are up to date.
Problem solved. I did have the driver version you mentioned. The Intel link you posted said my drivers were updated. I figured out how to update my driver from this thread:
