First game lagging and DCs - How to fix

Hey Blizzard Support.
One of my friends have an old PC have played HotS perfect before.
But he have some stange thing happen.

The first game he play and it have to be QM, Unranked or Ranked he got a lag game and not just lag no no lag so hard that he constantly get DCs. So many DCs that he is being claimed as Leaver and get leaver status.

I know that this is a new thing for him cuz I have played with him for like 2 years now and its a problem there is newly occured for him.

The only thing we have found is that in his first game he got high ping.

Any idea in how to fix it before he quit HotS

If they’re noticing high latency while playing then we’ll want to get a traceroute ran to look into the connection. In the meantime we’ll want to make sure that we get through the basics here.
