When I start the game everything works fine, until I get to the authentication part where it stops after a second and then it crashes and tells me my game files are corrupt. However I’ve redownloaded the game several times at this point and also done all the potential fixes given to me by googling, please help me I don’t know what to do.
Hey Dogeglas,
If this is still happening, try opening up your Documents folder and then delete the Heroes of the Storm folder from there.
Also if you have OneDrive installed, make sure it’s not syncing the Documents folder as that will cause issues with the game launching.
