I crash immediately after draft is completed. Here is the error code: 9CE2D0D8-3A10-4BD2-9D82-B7E324E174E6
Howdy!
This error shows an Access Violation is occurring when the game is attempting to access files but a third party application is already accessing said files causing a conflict.
This conflict is: aswhook.dll
Either AVG or Avast. If you own either one make the application is fully setup to exclude the Blizzard app and our games from all scans:
AVG steps can be found Here.
Avast steps can be found Here.
Then retest! Thank you!
Thank you,
I added HotS as an exception to avast and I’m still getting a fatal error immediately after draft. I even tried disabling all Avast shields, but it still crashed. I’ve played this game since the beginning and have never had this problem until this patch, although I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. I did try reinstalling the game too, but to no avail. Any other suggestions? Here’s the most recent code: EF18C55F-AC23-4D9B-A85C-2CC18A39ABBA
Hey, Kylek777!
I took a look at your crashes and they are all linked to the same crash. It is a recent type of crash that started in Late April. There is no clear trend to what is causing this crash. We would like some more information about your system to see why this is happening.

Heya Kylek777,
It looks like we’re missing a bunch of this DXDiag. Did the forums tell you there’s too much in this post to post the full thing? If so, can you upload the whole DXDiag to a site like Pastebin? You can link us to your pastebin upload and we can check it there.
If you get link errors, just link it between two ` marks, it’ll break the link and let you post it. You can just copy paste everything in the box below and replace “Link goes here” with your link.

Kylek777,
Thanks for the extra info. There’s not a whole ton going on in there, but we’re still seeing the Avast/AVG web hook modules loaded. Any chance we can try with it temporarily uninstalled to see if that helps?
I completely uninstalled Avast and I’m still getting the fatal errors. Here is the latest code: ACA4A5E9-1EC7-4701-8AD8-1B2972DEFA9F
