Several times, when I try to launch HoTS I get the error 2:0, saying it failed to launch. It does launch after a few tries, but it is really annoying to constantly get this error.

Do you by chance have Razer Synapse installed? If you do, try temporarily uninstalling it and then try Heroes again.
If you do not have Razer installed or have already tried this, try disabling any security software you have running and then try to launch Heroes again.

i am having the same error (1-18-2020) and what bothers me is that i get penaliced every time this happens and i don’t want to lose my account so i hope you can’t fix it please, i would like to play the game but i cant if this keeps happening
