I’m working on a small project/experiment and I had to reduce the number of color and pixels from 108x96 to 60x60 and 30x30 and I think the result is strangely adorable:
This is a small lesson about what kind of pixel art you can make by yourself depending on the number of pixels. 60x60 seems to be a good choice. Try it some time, it’s really fun!

But she is in chibi mode , chibis have thiccer legs.

Yes but these laws do not really exists a lot in 8 bit pixel art style, because you are forced to simplify it to fit in a square minimum as you are suppose to, what you are asking is 16 bit style which is possible in that case.
