Or cant see friends.
My friends also say the same when they try to log in

Glad i’m not alone. I can’t boot up the game from the battlenet launcher. It says I have been disconnected from the server. If I log in from the game menu however, swapping region from US to EU I can log in & play. All my progress is there, but my friend list doesn’t work.
Please fix. This is very annoying.
Seems just changing region in the menu without typing in the password & clicking log in, then resetting the game will make you log in, still no friend list however.
There is currently a known issue with European logins at the moment.

So as I can see many of peoples here have login issues (they cant login in game, they cant see their friends etc…) they are so frustrating and if i can suggest you staff members maybe would be fair to give us all some kind of reward for being so patient with you.
For example you can give us a 7 day boost to recover all XP we loose in past several days for not playing with our friends.
or you can give us some free golds or gems 
P.S. I think that most of peoples will agree with me and you will aprove my suggest.
