I don’t know why I cannot pplay QM like usually and it’s all empty and even in Shop(Collection) it said “Unlocking Temporarily Locked” or something
anyhow to fix it ?

It sounds like the game is having trouble loading the online content. Please be sure to restart the computer, and power cycle the network by leaving network devices unplugged for 15 minutes. I also recommend troubleshooting security applications.
