Thanks for the WinMTR. Looks like you are losing packets and getting 3+ second (3000ms) latency spikes between your PC and router. If you are using a wireless connection this could explain the connection issues, as there can be interference with wifi causing packet loss and latency spikes.
Try plugging into the router directly with an ethernet cable, and make sure to power cycle the router as well. Hope this helps!
I just had an issue where in my 2 most recent matches i received a DC message in the MVP screen and my game was flagged as i had left the match, i got a queue penalty twice, i got no exp or progress and my win was overturned into a loss. Please address this issue, i have received “punishment” for something i didn’t do and my recent enjoyment of the game has been ruined. Thank you in advance
