I’ve been playing the game since the alpha without disconnect issues in the last year or two. In the last month, I’ve frequently had issues where I disconnect, in game, for about a minute. During this time, I can see that the same PC is pinging www.battle.net without issue (so I don’t see this as a connectivity problem).
Is there a new problem or is it possible that my game client has gotten corrupted?

Are you using Win11?
Intel or AMD?
Nvidia or AMD?
I have microstutters but Heroes is completely unable to cope.
Also, you need to absolutely never exceed 30ms global ping.
It might be a drivers / laptop / technology thing since I actually here microfreezes during music. Doesn’t correlate with heroes, though. Like this match I had 2-3 reconnects while listening to Soundcloud without any hiccups.
What’s curious is how one match I have several disconnects and the other I have none, like it depends on the specific game server. I actually found a strong correlation between being ahead and disconnecting, which is awful funny, either because it has causality or because it has not.
Sadly I didn’t receive any feedback on my previous reports, neither the nice ones nor the disappointed ones, except for a friendly tap from the community. If the problem persists, I can only recommend uninstalling the game from the disk and your brain.
ps.: Oh, 14 days. No matter, relevant. 
ps2: I had the same in Remix. One dungeon, lagging abilities, before-after, none.
Also, weekend seems to be worse. Maybe the internet is not coping well with all that on-demand stuff, Youtube, Netflix, etc. Would be nice to run an awful long ping test but those are not supported anymore.
Yes, I am currently waiting for reconnecting, I managed to conjure this entire ps2 while doing so. (a few seconds later) it’s currently completely stuck in a vibration at 0:55. And now 1:52. It cannot finish reconnecting.
100% Blizzard data center fault.
As you can see (and I can hear that GMJ & Matter), my internet is perfectly fine.
Edit, match 2, took me 10 minutes to connect, played 2x30 seconds until lost at minute 18. (You are not punishing me, you are punishing your players.)
