Destroyed enemy core, got a LOSS because lagged at the end

Hello.
I played a ranked match in Heroes of the Storm and right before the enemy core got destroyed my game froze. After I recovered, I saw the “This game is over” screen and when I left I got a penalty for leaving and a loss in ranked, despite winning a game.
I’d like my penalty to get lifted and ranked points adjusted as needed. I can provide a match replay if that will help.

Should I contact the support? If yes, could someone tell me exactly where should I go and what info I should provide?

U cant, the moderators here dont care that even if your’re a competitive GM player, and the IA moderators prefer to ban people for saying “noob” more than any other thing.

Why would you call people that to begin with ? If you call people that and gets surpriced you got banned then you dont really care your language.

Grow up and be better.

sad ,but everyone gets a penalty when they leave the game regardless of whether their team wins, you lost connection 1sec before end and it is done
