My friend is unable to play ranked, qm, unranked. He’s unable to click “ready” button, as his teammate i see communicate: “X declined ready process”. He can play ARAM tho.
The problem occured yesterday. He switched on his smurfs accounts and it is the same.

If it’s possible, I’d recommend to try an alternative connection or a New Admin account to see if the problem persists on a different connection and user profile.
