DDoS attack problems

I finished a game to get no progression on my hero, loot box or rank points. In the communications was this message: “Ranked play data update has failed. Your ranked play and ranked decay changes from the last game have not been applied.”

I’m still logged into the game, but the B.Net launcher can’t log in. I see the message there about the DDoS attacks. My question is, I assume due this problem the rank points, loot chest and character progression will not be retroactively applied after this attack has passed? Yea, I am getting an error when I try to log in. B-Net is not letting me authenticate.
