Crashing on US servers

So a while ago(Friday) heroes of the storm started to just constantly crash. So far I’ve cleared the files in %appdata%, reinstalled the entire program, updated my drivers and nothing has changed. Yet if I go to Europe or Asia servers the game works completely fine.
The game has not given me any crash logs since 6/20/2018 Which I only just found out when I started trying to fix it so I can only give you DxDiag and my NVIDIA system information.

I added a “download link” in because the file was too long to post the actual DxDiag text, I also can’t post links so I commented it out, just remove the 2 slashes. //https://drive.google.com/file/d/190z5QxnyYosTdcuSgEWRsg2DYYxOk6ky/view?usp=sharing

Howdy!

Third party software running in the background maybe the reason for the sudden crashing. Overlays to certain anti-virus that hook into the DirectX API may conflict. Try placing the system into Selective Startup then restart the PC. Retest with no background programs running to see if it continues.

Thank you.

Nothing changed, still can’t play on US and now I can’t play on Europe or Asia
