Couldn't get more than 60 fps with any graphics settings

Windows 10-Pro,8gb ram,Nvidia 1060 3gb,AMD Athlon II x4 2.8Ghz…this is my pc and I think I should get more than 60 fps … I’ve reinstalled windows 3 days ago, all of my drivers are updated … i’ve tried everythink possible on internet… now i am here to beg for suggestions. Thank u

What’s the refresh rate of your monitor? If it’s 60hz and your Refresh Rate options in settings is set to Default then it won’t go above 60fps. If you press Ctrl+Alt+F in-game it will display a stats counter in the top right that will show you what your true FPS is regardless of what the monitor is displaying.

do you have VSYNC enabled in settings?

Also, your CPU might be a bottleneck, keeping framerate low. HotS is a fork on Starcraft 2, and it is very CPU demanding.
