Connection issue

my internet is working fine, but i have been disconnecting 2-3 times per game recently, doesnt seem to be a reason why. is anyone else having this issue? any recommendations on how to trouble shoot?

Heya Shroomage,

Would it be possible to record the disconnects using a winMTR tool? Once you have the results, they can be posted either in this thread or on pastebin. Example:

pastebin*com/abc123

thank you for the reply!

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud Provider

This only appears to have been run for about 30 seconds and doesn’t seem to have captured a disconnection. Can you please re run the test while playing a game until you disconnect? You need to start the test at the beginning of the match, and let it run until a disconnection happens. Restart the test every 15 minutes or so, and make sure it runs for at least 5 minutes so we can ensure we have enough information to find the problem.

figured it out no l;onger have an issue

I’ve had the same issue since Tuesday. Reset my router last night and that fixed the issue, but today I’m back to disconnecting 3-5 times per game. Last one was unplayable.

What did you figure out?

I use Comcast Xfinity, btw.
