Reuse existing models, such as Brightwing’s Polymorphed creatures: we already have pigs and crabs, a blown up squirrel could also be a mount, adding a harness and seat. There’s the flying sheep from Medivh’s Polybomb as well, and maybe combined with others for stuff like flying pigs (stole this from another thread).
