So on paper Uther seems pretty great but in practice he’s a pretty boring for many people. He goes out of mana really quickly, and has an extremely low skill cap. Nothing in his kit is particularly broken or clunky but despite this he’s alwase had mid-low to low popularity. Most of my changes aim to solve one of these problems. Hes pretty strong at all levels of play so I wont be introducing very many new strengths or weaknesses. base stats are unchanged Damage absorbed by armor is now shown …
