Never thought about it, but I did notice Cho’Gall’s “iceblock” working differently and now it makes perfect sense to me. Since Gall is a different Hero and Unstoppable/Invulnerable, he can capture even in those states.

True. Gall has no body that could get slept, stunned or silenced. Only stasis effects (Chromie’s Time traps, void prison, Maiev’s containment disc, Zagara’s Maw) work on him.

Cho’Gall’s stasis will still capture mercs though.
