Unfortunately, I can no longer start the game.
In the Battlenet it says “currently being played”, but it just won’t open.
The following EXE files are opened in the task manager:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Heroes of the Storm\Versions\Base91769\HeroesOfTheStorm_x64.exe
AND
C:\Program Files (x86)\Heroes of the Storm\Support64\HeroesSwitcher_x64.EXE
But the game still won’t start.
There are also no error messages…
Is there any directory with error logs?
Please help me!

By the way, I have already tried all the OneDrive options. Repairing the data and reinstalling have not been successful either.
