Can't select a hero or start a game

After I log in I cannot select a hero or start a game.

I am having the same issue. This appears to be the symptoms described by others back in November. Have tried - bnet repair, running as admin, deleting various cache and vars files and repairing again, restart of computer and all networking, graphics driver rollback and reupdate What works - Starting a custom game, adding ai, letting it go for a few seconds, then leaving. This makes my collection available, the store to appear etc etc. Something on the Blizzard side is misconfigured or broken,…

You’re not the only one. Same issue was happening 4 months ago, so far tech support hasn’t even acknowledged there’s a problem…

Having the same problem. It just started this morning. I can’t see any of my heroes (I own all of them) or start a game of any kind. I just picked up a 30-day boost, too.

I have let the game sit in the custom game lobby and after about 30 seconds to a minute my characters and everything else comes back up then I can go and play the other modes.

this seems to only be a temporary fix for me. after restarting the game, it doesn’t work until i do this again.

i don’t use any VPNs.

I had the same problem, 1 month ago, i found a way to make it working, in the bottom right side, close to where the dayly quest are, you can see your closest caracter of his next reward, you click on it and you can do “test this hero” even if you already have it, than when you left this test game all come back, but from 1 week ago i have not this “closest reward caracter”, i tried many things, repair, uninstal, change setup, change computer, AND OMG the solution of greyronin to stay in custom loby few mins is working, i love you !

So literally what I’ve done since the latest patch when this mess happened to me: Reinstalled the game, flushed/renewed DNS, released/renewed IP, used the Scan/Repair button three times in the launcher, made the folder an exclusion in windows security, allowed it through the firewall like maybe 4 or 5 times, and not a SINGLE thing changes it. Just doesn’t let me pick a hero, see my collection, spend currencies… nothing.
