Can't "play" the game if i have previously exit it

Can’t “play” the game if i have previously exited it.
When i press “play”, a warning pops up saying something about Directx11 not being available (windows 10 btw). Usually, when i turn the pc off and turn it on again it doesnt happen and i can continue playing HOTS. But sometimes even if i do this 5 times back-to-back it keeps happenning, thus, not being able to play the game. The warning keeps showing this:

if anyone knows i’d appreciate some help.

paste your DXDiag info, Highlight all of it, press </>
then post it.
