This is the 4th time I’ve tried to open my loot. Every time my screen becomes black and I can’t close the game or even the computer. I had to restart it by force every single time, and when I enter again to the game it STILL don’t let me open the Loot tab.
Any ideas why is that?
Would you mind posting a Dxdiag please? Most that have had this error, tended to have an Intel card installed.

We have seen this happen with a specific Intel driver. Updating your driver from the Intel Driver website resolves the issue. You need to remove your old driver before installing the new one.
If you need help locating the driver, or it happens to be something else, please provide the DXDIAG that Calystol is requesting. 
The driver was already updated. My screen just becomes black and I can’t do anything I can’t even open DXDIAG.
Try manually updating your driver. I’ve seen reports of where it is showing it is updated but it really is not. Download the newest driver from the website Ibaraius has pointed you to and here is a guide from Intel on how to manually install.
