Can't open the game (Error 2:77)

When I try to launch the game, the message appears:

"An error occurred while starting Heroes of the Storm. Please try again.

(Error 2:77)"

I have already reinstalled the game, restarted my computer and updated my drivers and Windows 10. What do I need to do?
