Nothing is loading in the main menu, can’t play games, nothing in my collection pops up. It says “unlocking temporarily unavailable”. I’ve tried everything in these forums and still can’t figure out what’s going on. I ran WinMTR and Looking Glass but it’s not letting me post it here since it has links? Any help would be much appreciated.

If you haven’t already try deleting the Blizzard cache folder and then load up the game again to see if that does the trick.
Unfortunately this kind of issue won’t show up in a connection test usually, but if you have the ability to try a different internet connection (like a mobile data hotspot or a VPN) that may help narrow it down further.
