So to start off with whole problem started a few weeks ago. I could not access my collection in game and kept having to play with base skins mounts etc… Kept looking on forms and trying fixes then finally said f it and uninstalled the game. I figured a fresh reinstall would fix the problem.
From that point going forward I keep getting error:
00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
Have flushed with IP config
Installed twice
Reinstalled B-net launcher twice
Run repair scan (came up with no errors)
Done all the recommended disables of MS onedrive
Disabled antivirus
Made sure no problems in firewall.
AND probably a half a dozen other fixes I forgot to list.
Am finally turning to posting as a last resort. Help!
