I can log in to the Battlenet. But when I launch the game and get a connection with the blizzard. It always says that I lost connection with the blizzard server. Then it tells me to login in the game window. not battlenet. But the login bar is always black so that I cannot click on it. I try to re-launch it. it does not work. I quit the battlenet and turn off all of the battlenet by the task manager. it does not work either. restart the PC and reinstall the game also is not working. I still cannot get into the game. what’s wrong? BTW, the firewall is not the case.
