Cannot launch HOTS

I’ve checked the forums already about the issue where I go to launch HOTS and it tells me that it cannot launch game because some of my files are corrupted, so I already did the unlink the OneDrive thing and I still cannot launch the game. Now OneDrive has a constant window that stays up and I cannot get rid of it trying to get me to sign back into it, and I cannot play the game still, need a better solution. Do I need to delete OneDrive? I dont like it and hate that it auto saves crap.

Hey, Reapermonkey! The crashes are definitely OneDrive. Uninstalling it won’t desync any of the files, so I wouldn’t recommend it until Heroes of the Storm isn’t crashing anymore. Could you try this instead?

  1. Right click on the OneDrive Icon (Blue Cloud) > Settings.
  2. Under Account, click on “Choose folders” under the Location is Syncing.
  3. Uncheck the Documents and Pictures folder that are selected, then click OK. You can also select “Stop Sync” if this fails.

Once done, try Heroes. If it continues to crash, double check that it is fully unlinked.
