When I queue a ranked game, it searches forever. I have waited over 30 mins multiple times and cannot find a match.
There are not issues finding games in quick match or unranked. the problem is only in raked.
I am on my promotion game and it says i have exactly 1000 ranked points with 20 banked rank points. Maybe this is the issue?

The game doesn’t have enough Storm League players online at certain times and in certain MMR ranges.
In your case it is possible there are less than 10 players online in your MMR range.
HotS isn’t dead but it’s in a bad state as far as the player population size is concerned.
there hav been issues with solo q in servers,
try with a frend, even if 2 of u queue, things r better,
My girlfriend is the same rank and if we queue together, we cannot find a game.
If we queue separately, she finds a game in a minute and I am still searching by the time her game is finished.
I believe it’s a bug with my account.

Which rank is this? Are you very high or very low MMR?
I have people on my friend list in bronze 4-3 who cannot find a match for 1+ hour.
