This started last week when I received two chests for leveling a hero to lvl 20. I can open the chests and see the rewards, but when I click “Accept” I get the below error notice that says “Server is under heavy load. Try again later”. After clicking OK I am thrown back into the chest select screen, and the chest appears unopened.
It has now been 4 days since this happened first time, I got a new chest and the error still appears for all of my 3 chests. I tried rerolling one, but after trying to accept the rerolled rewards I get the same error.
Couldn’t find any other posts about this issue, anyone have any ideas on what could be done to fix? I don’t really care that much about the chests, but kinda sucks if I can never get any chest rewards.
