I get it that you are frustrated that ppl don’t share your preference regarding Deathwing but pull yourself together :smiley:

i don’t get on the forums much, but for some reason i remember his name from some post a while ago doing the exact same thing seems like this guy just likes to argue with people and people have, but nah im not upset since people want to troll me i can’t take them seriously

but my point still stands this is the reason why this game is dead, it’s full of people who get on it just to argue with players and vent bs

You never really saw DW in his human form in wow so i’m happy they made him perma dragon instead of a Alex rip off. Alexstrasza in wow also mostly go around in elf form so that’s why she got that too in hots. (Tho it would still be 10 times better if they had used her actual wow model in hots).

Agreed. This game has enough humans, more with the fantasy I say, the design for Deathwing is superb.

Compared to the average humanoid he’s certainly edgier, but compared to the awesome Dragon we got he kinda looks like a wimp.

No actually Deathwing did have a human form in-game, but I don’t think you’re a WoW player so I don’t think you’ve never done any quests in Twilight Highlands when Cataclysm came out.

But I gotta agree with OP his humanoid form was a missed opportunity even if its just for cosmetic purposes.

TBH that’s Blizzard fault for inferior writing and development, there’s a reason why Cataclysm is one of the worst expansions for WoW up to date.

His metal-jawed humanform was in the game (that’s where it came from), but Deathwing hinself never transformed into it.

Based on what I could read about it, that’s a Horde only quest? Would explain why I don’t remember it, since I did play Cataclysm.

And with that quest, from all the expansion, he showed his true form in reality once? Now the addition of his humanform to his kit argument really holds a ground… naah, imo, it’s still not really a part of who Deathwing is.

Nope, there is also a quest in the Badlands where he appears in his humanoid form.

That’s still doesn’t excuse why Deathwing shouldn’t have a humanoid form, tbh this is Blizzards fault for their low level writing that Deathwing didn’t have much chance to show himself to the players and is why Cataclysm is hated by many, because it’s story sucked despite having a great theme.

There’s so much in lore to Neltharion where he wasn’t always in his draconic form, but Blizzard failed to execute this and gave players the short end of the stick. Like I said his humanoid form was a missed opportunity even if it doesn’t affect gameplay wise, but from the looks of it WoW won’t be the only one to fail this opportunity to show us both sides of Deathwing. What a shame.
