I just want to ask when your poor support begin ban trolls for real toxic behavior and stop ban ppl for write on chat “Hi”?
Proofs? - on screen - This “thing” I play with this thing every day from about 1-2 months. Every match same - afk + abusive chat. Looks like blizard just want players like him and do not touch them, and if you write on chat “Hi” or “hello” you will get ban. I got bans like that, because ppl report abusing chat just for everyting.

Wouldn’t hold my breath. Eventually, he’ll get silenced, eventually multiple times, and after a few more eventualities, he might get banned.

Unless they actually make it possible to play ranked only if you have a phone number linked, and after getting 2 or 3 accounts banned they ban the phone number, it’s unlikely that whatever they tried will have any effect. Although I doubt they even do IP bans (yes, I know you can change IP, but still) or any bans faster than months after breaking the rules.

Also yes, everyone knows only chat reports work, so the last tool the community has against people that troll out of chat, is to chat report them. So if you find yourself feeding or afk laning all game to grief…don’t use chat, so you can’t get banned. :slight_smile:

As far as the forum addicts’ knowledge goes, it seems if he chats rarely, he can get away with toxicity without mute/ban. Given he can get 4 reports at most per match, if he does it once a week or so he’ll be doing it until servers close.

A screencap isn’t “proof”.

  1. For what few posts you have here, you have posted stuff that skirts the forums rules, so chances are likely that you would do something similar in game, if not actually reportable. Trying to paint yourself as someone who says “Hi” and got banned for that instead of anything else you’ve done seems disingenuous.

  2. You assert that people report chat, and one of those posts could be seen as chat violations – the sort of thing people would report using in-game reporting tools – but you claim they aren’t banned. You can’t ‘prove a negative’, so either you don’t know – these caps aren’t ‘proof’ – or you didn’t bother to notice since that happens to be a sub 200 account ie it’s likely an alt, and probably an alt since their ‘main’ got banned.

If people ‘report everything’ then that account would be banned if people actually use the report system correctly to offset the conduct you claim for them to frequently do. People that don’t know what entails “proof” have a terrible time applying the ‘logic’ from that “proof”, so they, incorrectly, rationalize bad claims, don’t act as they said, and look to blame anything else instead.

There’s a link to a replay with you and the offending player in it. I can post that because I used “backticks” to surround the characters inside the grey (`).

In this replay, the deckard shares the name you linked and has higher contributions than you do. Now the replay may be bugged, but it shows the abathur with only 2 talent picks, almost the lowest xp contribution of anyone in the game (minus healers, but even bot ai shouldn’t split,) no takedown assists, and stats otherwise so low, I’d assume that you were the one being afk/toxic. How odd.

That seems a direct contradiction to your screencap “proof”.

This is is you, but without duck, but there’s this suspicious Deathwing that has 3-digit stack contributions. That seems like the sort of player that used ‘z’ to fly up, didn’t come back down, and spent the game afk and possibly flaming allies. I didn’t check the replay, nor do I care to do so.

What I have seen is that stats on duck’s profile do not indicate they’re perpetually problematic, and I have seen indicators that you aren’t exactly a player that just says “hi” and nothing else.

So I can speculate that maybe you’re the sort of player that blames others, or happened to have upset select players when you had a tantrum, so they don’t have a problem throwing a game to spite you.

I didn’t even need to ‘cherry pick’ these examples as they’re some of the most recent replays available on HP and I picked on some loses as chronic complainers tend to fixate on them losing more than anything else. They particular stood out with the lack of talent picks.

So I’m glad “everyone” magically knows something, except when counter-proof indicates that their sob-story isn’t exactly honest or accurate.

If blizzard wanted to ‘close the game’ then they would have. They’ve already closed games before (made them unavailable for people to play) and there isn’t a sizable population for them to fear backlash after neglecting this game for so many years. However, there is speculation that the increased bug-fixing in the game may be due to microsoft wanting to get this game available on their gamepass system and milk whatever money they can from what assets they acquired.

That would also be odd since Microsoft has had no problems shutting stuff down and even tried to do despite the possible backlash in the Hi-fi Rush fiasco.
