Me as Kel’thuzad: “…” He responds with “An intriguing notion” but it still gets me every time.

Or my personal favorite:

Valeera: “Watch. Your. Back.”

KTZ: “Okay… I… WILL!”

Although sometimes Valeera says something else and he responds the same way. It's a bug and it's maddening I tell you.

While this isn’t a starting voice line, when Deathwing kills Anduin in a match, he says, “I don’t know what Wrathion sees in you.”

This makes me laugh more than it should.

there are many reactions i simply purely love but two come to mind immediatly as they were recent.

Nova: Ugh I hate sushi.
Murky: random irritated murloc noises

Nova: Keep your eyes on the battlefield Tychus
Tychus: I don’t make promises I don’t intend to keep.
(meaning Tychus is probably staring at nova’s body >_>)

I know we’re talking about starting interactions, but i just got the alarak announcer so thought id use it.

We lost the game and with a huge DEFEAT label printed on my screen, Alarak says: Ahh, what you’re good at.

I killed myself laughing .

There’s another Anduin interaction with Nova where he said I’m not Valerian and I just realized… Anduin and Valerian have the same VA!
