Every time I open the battle.net app it shows the main application, and in the top left of the screen (covering most of the application) is the same app displayed again. I’ll try to get a screenshot uploaded.

I’ve seen this pop up a few times over the last few months. For the most part disabling hardware acceleration in the settings. You can disable this by clicking the Blizzard icon in the upper left hand corner and go to settings, on the first tab, scroll to the bottom of it’s page and its right there. and launching the app with right click run as admin fixes it for most.
