I am once again concepting for a game that isn’t developing new heroes.

Q - Biotic Launcher - 4 seconds - 25 mana - Launch a healing grenade that heals 150hp all allies in a 1.5 unit area. 5 unit range.

W - Regenerative Burst - 12 seconds - 60 mana - After 0.15 seconds, you and all allied heroes within an area around you begin healing 350hp over 5 seconds.

E - Immortality Field - 18 seconds - 75 mana - Place a drone that makes all allies within a 2.5 unit area unkillable. Lasts 3 seconds, has 500hp, and a 4 unit range.

Trait - Exo Boots - 13 seconds - Charge your exo boots, reducing your movement speed by 20%. The range of the ability increases over 2 seconds; activate again to jump to the target location. Can jump over obstacles.
Biotic Rifle - Basic attacks fire in a 3 round burst.

R1 - Amplification Field - 75 seconds - 80 mana - Place a 3 unit area field that causes all allies to gain 40% increased spell power, and for 2 seconds after leaving the field. Lasts 8 seconds.

R2 - Special Delivery - 20 seconds - 50 mana - Launch an Ammo Crate into the air with an unlimited range. After 1.5 seconds it lands, which once interacted with by an ally they gain 25% increased basic attack damage for 10 seconds and restore 15% of their maximum health over 3 seconds. Maximum 3 crates out at once, with basic attack damage not stacking.

Talents

Lvl 1
Black Market Reparations - Increase the healing of Biotic Launcher by 25% for every ally it hits.
Mini Drone - 20 seconds - Drop a miniature drone that reveals a medium area for 15 seconds. Passive: Increase duration of Immortality Field by 0.5 seconds.
Exo Boost - Increase the range of Exo Boots by 20%, and movement speed reduction to 10%.

Lvl 4
Precision Hit - Allies hit within the inner 50% of Biotic Launcher receive 35% increased healing.
Restorative Generation - Regeneration Burst causes allies affected by the healing regeneration to receive 10% increase healing received from Biotic Launcher for 3 seconds.
On the Field - Basic attacks reduce the cooldown of Immortality Field by 0.2 seconds.

Lvl 7
Persisting Aura - Regeneration Burst leaves an aura on the ground that lasts 3 seconds, giving the healing effect to all allied heroes who walk into it. Does not stack with itself.
On Fire - Deal 15 damage per second around you. Healing an ally increases the damage by 50%.
Stay Alive - Allies within Immortality Field who take fatal damage instead heal 8% of their maximum health over 1.5 seconds. Triggers once per ally per Immortality Field.

Lvl 13
Debilitating field - Enemy heroes within the area of Immortality Field deal 35% reduced damage, and persists for 3 seconds after they leave the area. Passive: Increase the area and range of Immortality Field by 10%
Conscientious Objector - Reduce basic attack speed by 50%, but decrease the cooldown of Biotic Launcher by 1.5 seconds.
Synchronised Systems - Increase basic attack and Biotic Launcher range by 20%. Basic attacks increase the healing of your next Biotic Launcher by 5%, up to 30%. Allies hit by Biotic Launcher cause your next three basic attacks to deal an additional 5% damage, up to 30.

Lvl 16
Boing - Reduce the charge time of Exo Boots by 1 second, and its cooldown by 6 seconds.
Shield Amplification - Regenerative Burst gives a shield equal to 15% of the healing done lasting 6 seconds, with its duration refreshed by Baptiste’s healing.
Health Point - 30 seconds - Activate to drop a health pack at the target location that provides a Biotic Launcher heal every 8 seconds. Lasts 20 seconds.

Lvl 20
Amplification Matrix (R1) - Immortality Field grants 10% increased spell power while inside. Amplification Field makes allies who enter it unkillable for 0.5 seconds, with a 3 second cooldown for each ally.
It’s Pizza Time - R2 - Gain 2 extra charges of Special Delivery, and decrease its cooldown by 3 seconds. All charges are returned at once.
Going Up - After 4 seconds of charging Exo Boots, increase the range of Exo Boots by 200%. This increases its cooldown to 20 seconds.
Healing Reserves - Gain three additional charges of Biotic Launcher with a 2 second cooldown between uses.
