Another Butcher Rework Suggestion

Butcher Rework:

Talent: Meat Cleaver
Your next basic attack deals 500% damage, stacks up to 3 times;
Gain a stack for every hero takedown, for every 7 minions slain, and each mercenary camp claimed.
PASSIVE: All basic attacks deal damage in a small area equal to 33% dealt to your primary target.
PASSIVE: The Butcher’s basic abilities trigger a Basic Attack immediately after use.

Q: Hamstring
Deal damage in a line and slow by 50%, fading over 2 seconds. This ability deals 150% damage to Minions and Mercenaries.

W: Butcher’s Brand
Basic attacks against this target heal The Butcher for 80% of the damage dealt. The Butcher gains 30% bonus attack speed as long as Butcher’s Brand is active.

E: Ruthless Onslaught
Charge at an enemy, becoming unstoppable and gaining movement speed. If the Butcher reaches the target, they are stunned for 1 second and take 120 damage. If the target dies while Butcher is channeling this ability, refund 5 seconds of this ability’s cooldown.

TALENTS:
LEVEL 1
Victuals: Increase Invigorate’s damage to Minions and Mercenaries to 250%, and cause The Butcher to heal for 3% of his maximum health when nearby Minions die.
On Brand: Successful basic attacks against attacks with Butcher’s Brand grant 40 armor against the next
incoming basic attack (stacks up to 2 times)
Crushing Cleaver: Increase the length and width of Hamstring’s area by 20%.
Alternate Food Source: The Butcher gains a stack of Meat Cleaver after collecting a Health Globe.
QUEST: Gather health globes to empower Butcher’s Basic Attacks. For each globe collected, Butcher gains +5 basic attack damage. At 15, Butcher gains +15% Basic Attack speed.

LEVEL 4:
Superstition: While Ruthless Onslaught is charging, and for 2 seconds after stunning an enemy hero, The Butcher gains 20% Spell Armor.
Meat Shield: As long as Butcher has an unspent stack of Meat Cleaver, he has a shield equal to 15% of his total HP - this effect does not stack.
Sate Hunger: Upon use of a stack of Meat Cleaver, The Butcher heals for 7% of his total HP.

Level 7:
Thrill of the Kill: For every takedown, The Butcher permanently gains 1% Attack and Movement speed (Not retroactive)
Impossible Speed: Upon activation of Ruthless Onslaught, The Butcher teleports 3m closer to his target before charging at them full speed. However, Ruthless Onslaught’s cooldown may not be reduced below 15s.
Hunger for Meat: If a nearby hero has less than 50% Health, The Butcher gains 20% movement speed while facing them (45 degree arc, range of 10)

Level 10:
HEROICS

Level 13:
Nexus Brand: While Butcher’s Brand is active, the target suffers 30 reduced armor.
Savage Charge: Ruthless Onslaught deals 15% of total HP to targets.
Brutal Strike: While Butcher’s Brand is active on a hero, that hero suffers the same damage as Minions and Mercenaries.

LEVEL 16:
Enraged: When the Butcher drops under 50% HP, gains 40% Attack Speed and 25 Armor.
Everybody Eats: Basic Attacks against branded targets heal all damage dealers.
Crippling Slam: Slow no longer fades, duration increased 30%.

LEVEL 20:
Fires of Hell: Any enemies struck by Furnace Blast set off a version of Furnace Blast 3 seconds later
(They do not suffer damage from this blast)
Slaughterhouse: Now chains/Silences all enemies in its radius.
Panic: Enemies targeted by Ruthless Onslaught are silenced while the ability charges.
Nexus Blades: The instant attacks following basic abilities are treated as if they are empowered by Meat Cleaver (They do not consume, nor create stacks)

So one shot AA after stacks? …Or before. That’s imbalance.

Stacks of meat are not a thing in this rework.

Qhira has alike talent… on level 20.

To be fair, anything else seems kinda ok, but it changes the whole point of butcher. Might have dissonance.

This “rework” makes him broken AND ruins his main unique element.

That passive just seems really imbalanced
