An unexpected fatal error occurred

Hello there!

I have a problem with HOTS since this morning.Everytime when i press “Play” everything gets black and after 5-10 seconds pops up an error

I reinstalled my driver,I reinstalled the game,nothing happens,i scanned and repaired him,still the same error.

I need to mention that my pc meet the sys requirments.

I played yesterday too,i havent occured this error NEVER.Idk what to do.

Hey there SoulCr33d,

It looks like the part of the game that’s sending errors is the Shader Cache. Please follow these instructions closely:

  1. Uninstall Nvidia GeForce if it’s installed

  2. Uninstall the current GPU driver using Display Driver Uninstaller. It should say “Official Download Here”

  3. After the previous steps are completed, we’ll need to reinstall a new copy of the drivers before playing the game. Please select the option to not install GeForce during the driver installation.

I followed the intructions and still inst working.

Still gives me the same error.I can do something else?
